【摘    要】班级是学生成长发展的主要场所，班级管理是驱动学生健康成长的主要方式。心理健康教育是班级管理的重要组成部分，能够使学生在体验班级活动的过程中形成健康心理，实现健康发展。所以，在组织小学班级管理活动的时候，教师要重视心理健康教育，探索、应用多样的策略渗透心理健康教育，提高班级管理质量，促进学生健康发展。在本文中，笔者结合自身的班级管理经验，从营造和谐的班集体氛围、开设专门的心理辅导活动课这两方面入手，详细阐述在班级管理工作中渗透心理健康教育的策略。

Infiltrate Mental Health Education in the Management of Primary School Classes

【Abstract】Classes are the main place for students' growth and development， and class management is the main way to drive the healthy growth of students. Mental health education is an important part of class management， which enables students to form healthy psychology and achieve healthy development in the process of experiencing class activities. Therefore， when organizing primary school class management activities， teachers should pay attention to mental health education， explore and apply various strategies to penetrate mental health education， improve the quality of class management， and promote the healthy development of students. In this article， the author combines his own class management experience， starting from two aspects： creating a harmonious class atmosphere and setting up special psychological counseling activity classes， and elaborated on the strategy of infiltrating mental health education in class management.

《教育部關于加强中小学生心理健康教育的若干意见》中明确要求学校、教师将心理健康教育融入教学管理的方方面面，帮助学生塑造健康心理。立德树人教育任务的提出，也要求教师树立育人理念，将心理健康教育作为育人因素，探索、应用多样的策略渗透心理健康教育，使学生塑造健康心理。班主任是教师队伍的重要组成部分，是管理班级的主体，承载着育人重任。对学生进行心理健康教育，已然成为班主任新的职责和任务。在组织小学班级管理活动的时候，班主任要在育人理念的指导下，结合班级管理活动，开展渗透式的心理健康教育，将心理健康教育融入班级活动中，使学生在体验各项班级活动的过程中，受到积极影响，自然而然地塑造健康心理，夯实健康发展的基础。……
