【摘    要】赏识教育是世界上六大教育方式之一，家长要关注孩子的闪光点、特长，解放孩子的个性，不要按照统一标准去约束孩子。在学校教育活动中，教师的赏识指导、赏识激励作用也比较明显，能夠接收赏识信号的学生也会更加自信、幸福。因此，小学语文教师要主动落实赏识教育，关注学生身上的闪光点、优点，让学生顺利展现自身的智能优势。本文则将客观分析小学语文教师应该如何选择赏识教育的切入点，切实增强学生自信。

Several Methods of Implementing Appreciation Education in Chinese Teaching in

Primary Schools

【Abstract】Appreciation education is one of the six major education methods in the world. It is believed that parents should pay attention to the children's shining points and specialties， liberate the children's personality， and do not restrain the children according to uniform standards. In school education activities， teachers appreciative guidance and appreciative incentives are also more obvious， and students who can receive appreciative signals will also be more confident and happy. Therefore， elementary school language teachers should take the initiative to implement appreciation education， pay attention to the shining points and advantages of students， so that students can smoothly show their own intellectual advantages. This article will objectively analyze how primary school Chinese teachers should choose the entry point of appreciation education， and effectively enhance students' self-confidence.

目前，小学语文教育不仅旨在通过学校教育活动去丰富学生本身的语文学习经验，也非常关注学生自身的心理健康情况，所以除了设计知识类、能力类教学目标之外，也设计了“情感态度与价值观”课程目标，旨在引导学生增强自信、产生兴趣，让学生变得幸福、健康。为此，小学语文教师便要及时渗透赏识教育，让学生始终保持良好心境，使其顺利实现可持续发展。

一、赏识学生的语言能力，渗透知行结合思想

随着新课改实施以来，综合培养学生的听、说、读、写能力已经成为语文教育的基本目标，教师也应该关注学生语言能力的发育情况，指引学生自主迁移语文所学内容，体现知行结合思想。在语言实践中，小学语文教师要客观赏识学生的语言能力，肯定学生、鼓励学生，确保学生及时积累有效的语言实践经验。……
