【摘    要】小组合作是目前在各个学科教育中受到广泛关注的一种教学方式。合作教学强调师生之间、学生之间的相互合作，是对传统的学生独立学习的一种有效弥补和优化。在小组合作教学活动中，学生拥有更便利的条件和空间进行彼此的交流互助，而不再是闭门造车式的封闭学习和被动学习，这对启迪学生的自主学习意识，培养学生的学习习惯都有积极作用。在小组合作学习中，教师要精心合理设计问题，激发学生学习兴趣;合理完善教室布局，为学生创建良好的小组合作学习环境;完善小组合作机制，形成良好讨论氛围。

An Analysis of the Misunderstandings and Reasons in Group Cooperative Learning

【Abstract】Group cooperation is a widely concerned teaching method in various disciplines. Cooperative teaching emphasizes the cooperation between teachers and students and between students， which is an effective compensation and optimization for the traditional independent learning of students. In group cooperative teaching activities， students have more convenient conditions and space to communicate with each other， instead of closed learning and passive learning. This has a positive effect on enlightening students' awareness of autonomous learning and cultivating students' learning habits. In group cooperative learning， teachers should design questions carefully and reasonably to stimulate students' interest in learning; reasonable classroom layout should be improved to create a good group cooperative learning environment for students; improve the group cooperation mechanism to form a good atmosphere for discussion.

小組合作是目前在各个学科教育中受到广泛关注的一种教学方式，也正在被越来越多的教育工作者所认可。合作教学强调师生之间、学生之间的相互合作，相对于学生自主学习而言是对传统学习的一种有效弥补和优化。在开展小组合作学习活动中，教师既不能完全走形式、放任不管;也不能过度干涉学生的学习进程。结合这种学习方式的优势特点，合理地采取引导措施，让教学成果最大化，让学生爱学习、会学习、学有所成。

一、小组合作学习存在的误区

（一）把合作学习当成学生自习

合作学习是一种新兴教育方式，通常要求学生组建小组，通过小组的合作互助完成学习任务，实现共同成长发展。在合作学习活动中，教育工作者存在的第一个误区就是：把合作学习当成学生自习的过程，缺乏对合作学习的有效设计与跟踪。……
