【摘    要】区域游戏是幼儿园教育活动的重要组成部分，对开发幼儿的心智，培养幼儿艺术天赋和兴趣爱好，助力儿童健康成长有重要意义。但是在大班额情况下，区域游戏活动的组织管理会面临很多问题。考虑到幼儿的行为习惯和认知能力，幼儿教师在大班额区域游戏活动中，对于秩序管理、内容设置、器材物料安排、安全管理等工作更要妥善安排。既要让幼儿玩得愉快，又要让他们养成良好的性格品德与行为习惯，这样才能更好地实现教育价值，助力幼儿成长。

How to Effectively Carry out Children's Regional Game Activities in Large Classes

【Abstract】Regional games are an important part of kindergarten education activities. It is of great significance for developing children's minds， cultivating children's artistic talents and hobbies， and helping children to grow up healthily. However， in the case of large classes， the organization and management of regional game activities will also face many problems. Taking into account the behavior habits and cognitive abilities of children， kindergarten teachers need to make proper arrangements for order management， content setting， equipment and material arrangements， and safety management in large-class area game activities. It is necessary to let the children have fun， but also to let them develop good character and behavior habits， so as to better realize the educational value and help the children grow up.

大班額问题是目前部分幼儿园尚未解决的问题之一。特别是在人口稠密的城市地区，很多幼儿园招收大量幼儿，使大中小班普遍存在人数较多的情况。在幼儿的特定成长阶段，班级管理本来就存在难点。幼儿的自觉性、纪律性较差，语言能力、行为能力也有所不足，在班级教育管理活动中表现得迟钝或者纪律散漫。特别是在区域游戏活动中，教师对游戏活动的秩序维持和进程跟踪都不容易。因此，现代幼儿教师应及时转变教育策略，保证活动成果。

一、做好大班额的基本秩序管理，形成良好游戏氛围

在大班额的情况下开展区域游戏活动，教师要同时协调好30名甚至更多幼儿的游戏活动秩序，这是很有挑战性的一项工作。基于幼儿在组织纪律意识、行为能力等方面的不足，教师在区域游戏活动正式开展之前，需要对班级成员做好基本的活动秩序解读规范。……
