摘  要：随着社会的不断进步与发展，我国对人才的需求也在与时俱进地不断调整，不仅要求学生掌握专业知识、提升对知识运用能力，还对他们的自身人格素质以及道德品质都有了新的要求，为此我国新课改的教育体系更多地关注了中小学学生的性格特点和教师教育素养的提升，以为学生日后步入社会工作及与人之间的交流打下基础，根据新课标下政治学科教学的实际状况，我仅以自己多年的教学感受提出对当前政治教学的反思性教学建议，希望与我一样从事政治教学的您给予指正与评价。

【Abstract】 With the continuous progress and development of society，the demand for talents in our country is also constantly adjusting with the times. It not only requires students to master professional knowledge and improve their ability to use knowledge，but also to their own personality and moral qualities. With new requirements，the education system of my countrys new curriculum reform pays more attention to the personality characteristics of primary and secondary school students and the improvement of teachers education literacy，so as to lay the foundation for students to enter social work and communicate with others in the future. According to the actual situation of political teaching under the new curriculum standard，I only put forward reflective teaching suggestions for current political teaching based on my years of teaching experience. I hope that you who are engaged in political teaching like me will give you corrections and comments.

随着新课改教育体系的不断完善与实施，对各学科的教师的专业性的要求也有所提升。教师不能仅为学生讲授教材知识，同时也应注重在学生的学习方法与学习技巧的巧妙转换，进而有效的体现出政治学科中所包含的德育与智育的量项功能。因此，教师在教学中的思想升入与教学方法的重组是教学反思的关键，同时教学反思也成为了课程发展的主要捷径，而教师的专业性是应在相关的教学课程与实践教学的反思阶段中实施的，为此新课改就更为严格要求政治教师在教学实践过程中一定要积极地教学反思，让其自身的专业能力得到提升为主要要素，在此研究背景的前提下教学反思不仅能够推动教学课程的推广，而且还可以对教师的专业素质发展具备尤为重要的理论性。……
