摘  要：中华民族素有“礼仪之邦”的美誉，可谓历史悠久。礼仪得体表现在我们生活的方方面面，例如衣着得体、举止优雅、待人接物彬彬有礼、言行举止得体等诸细节。这些日常生活中的行为反映了一个人的精神面貌，是他个人对待生活所表现出的自信、积极、热情等综合心态。幼儿期是人生的启蒙期，是塑造健康人格和形成良好礼仪行为的重要时期。素质教育所面对的正是这些学习阶段的孩子，他们有非常强的求知欲和模仿力，对孩子的礼仪教育应该贯穿整个义务教育阶段，这对于提高我国全民道德素养及建设社会主义精神文明具有非常重要的意义。

【Abstract】The Chinese nation is known as the "state of etiquette" and has a long history. Proper etiquette is manifested in all aspects of our lives，such as proper dressing，elegant manners，courtesy in dealing with others，decent speech and deeds and other details. These behaviors in daily life reflect a person's mental outlook，which is a comprehensive mentality of self-confidence，positivity，and enthusiasm shown in his personal treatment of life. Early childhood is the enlightenment period of life，an important period for shaping healthy personality and forming good etiquette behaviors. Quality education is faced with children at these stages of learning. They have a strong thirst for knowledge and imitative ability. Etiquette education for children should run through the entire compulsory education stage. This is important for improving the moral quality of our nation and building a socialist spiritual civilization. Has a very important meaning.

1. 强化教师的引领示范作用

幼儿阶段的孩子具有很强的求知欲和模仿力，他们善于观察，特别喜欢模仿教师的日常行为，可以说教师是幼儿的镜子，幼儿是教师的影子，他们在重复着教师的一举一动。另外，幼儿对自己的教师普遍非常认可，具有高度崇拜心理，面对教师的一举一动，他们会主动去认真地模仿和学习。因此以身作则是幼儿教师的必备职业素养，在日常教学中要做到为人师表、严于律己，做好幼儿的行为楷模。同时，在班级里要树立良好的礼仪榜样，将礼仪表现较好的同学树立为榜样，孩子们有了学习的目标，老师们再辅助以适当的表扬，就会促使孩子们争相模仿去做，更好的体现朋辈榜样力量。……
