摘  要：任何时代背景下，教育都是家校协同的，家庭教育地位慎重，尤其是小学阶段家庭教育，更是需要从学生的思想、行为、习惯等全方面综合教育。作为家庭教育的主要施教者，也是学生的监护者，父母需要有系统的教育规划和教育策略，才能更好的完成学生的家庭教育，做到校园教育的完美结合。本文将以家庭教育为根本，简单分析新时代背景下，家庭教育的展开方式。

【Abstract】under the background of any era，education is coordinated between home and school，and the status of family education is cautious，especially in primary school，and it needs comprehensive education from all aspects of students' thought，behavior and habits.As the main teacher of family education and the guardian of students，parents need systematic educational planning and educational strategies in order to better complete the family education of students and achieve the perfect combination of campus education.This paper will take the family education as the foundation，briefly analyzes the family education development way under the new era background.

在新时代背景下，家庭教育对于学生的影响越来越严重，学生从个人基础行为习惯到基本素质养成，家庭教育起着关键的影响因素，尤其是学生良好的性格养成和三观的形成阶段，家庭中监护人对学生的影响处于主导地位，而校园教育为辅助，因此，注重学生的基本家庭教育，是学生良好人格培养的关键阶段，也是影响学生性格形成的核心要素之一。接下来就针对家庭教育对小学生的重要性展开分析。

1. 建立保障体系，确保家校沟通

根据我国现有国情，人民生活水平有著一定的基础环境差距，而这些差距表现在教育上，就是对学生受教育机会和受教育情况的影响。基于此，为了确保校园每一位需要帮助的学生都能享受到新时代的社会福利政策。牵头建立校园保障体系，引导教师及时进行家校沟通，了解学生的基础家庭状况，针对学生的基础学习生活问题，寻找解决方案，找到突破口，保证少年儿童的受教育机会和受教育权限。……
