摘  要：建构游戏是一种创造性游戏，是幼儿喜爱的游戏之一。幼儿通过操作各种建构材料来创造性地反映生活，建构材料不仅满足了幼儿游戏的愿望，又隐含了幼儿各方面知识的教育元素。由此可见，在建构游戏中，教师有效的观察与指导，不仅能锻炼幼儿的操作能力，还有利于幼儿多方面能力的提升。本文将从幼儿生活经验入手，结合具体实际情况，创设宽松环境，适时提出建构游戏中幼儿学习行为的观察与指导方法，以促进教师立足以幼儿为出发点，促进幼儿实现全面发展。

【Abstract】 Construction game is a kind of creative game，and it is one of children's favorite games. Children creatively reflect life through the manipulation of various construction materials. The construction materials not only satisfy the children's desire to play，but also imply the educational elements of various aspects of knowledge of the children. It can be seen that in constructing games，teachers effective observation and guidance can not only exercise childrens operational abilities，but also help children improve their abilities in many aspects. This article will start with childrens life experience，combine specific actual conditions，create a relaxed environment，and put forward the observation and guidance methods for constructing childrens learning behaviors in games in a timely manner，with the starting point of promoting teachers to be sufficient for children and promoting childrens all-round development.

建构游戏是幼儿通过直接感知、亲身体验和实际操作，充分发挥自身的创造力，将现成的或者添置的材料，通过各种的排列组合，形成新的形象和物品的一种操作活动，它对幼儿的想象力、空间能力、交往能力、艺术、数学等方面的发展具有多方面的价值。在建构游戏中，教师应及时关注到幼儿在游戏中的各方面的学习行为，组织并指导能拓展幼儿各方面思维能力的建构游戏活动，有效地支持幼儿在愉快、自主的游戏过程中学习并提高多方面的能力。

1. 运用生活经验，观察与指导建构游戏中的数学行为

建构游戏是幼儿很喜欢的游戏，且对于儿童数学认知的发展具有重要价值。《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中指出教师应引导幼儿注意事物的形状特征。建构游戏是幼儿直接感知并通过操作各种材料，来建构物体的一种游戏。……
