【摘    要】当前的时代正在飞速发展，初中体育教学模式也应该跟随时代发展的要求进行改革，新时代下的初中体育教学要求排球课程要运用课内外一体化的教学模式，进而锻炼学生的身体体质，提高学生的综合能力。因而本文在对初中排球體育课进行课内外一体化的详细研究后，探究了当前初中排球课程教学的不足，通过分析排球教学与课内外一体化结合的优势，阐述了创新型的初中体育排球教学模式的重要性。

【Abstract】The current era is developing rapidly， and the junior high school physical education teaching model should also be reformed in accordance with the development of the times. The junior high school physical education teaching in the new era requires volleyball courses to use an integrated teaching model inside and outside the classroom to exercise students physical fitness. ， Improve the comprehensive ability of students. Therefore， after a detailed study of the integration of intra- and extra-curricular physical education in junior high school volleyball， this article explores the current deficiencies of the current junior high school volleyball teaching. 众所周知，有着大约百年历史的排球运动是世界体育比赛项目非常重要的部分。排球运动在几大球类中，是我国时常在世界体育运动比赛上获得冠军的体育项目之一，女排在世界上体现的不屈不挠、顽强拼搏的精神也激发着社会群众的热情，让群众继而参与排球体育运动之中。近些年来，我国在排球运动的发展上，也对排球运动的基础设施建设和体育人才培养制度进行完善，针对许多不足之处也做出了相应的努力。学校要加强对于排球当前现状的认识，借助排球的娱乐休闲性能，营造良好的体育排球氛围，改善初中排球体育教学的体制。在当前的排球体育的课程上，教师应结合排球体育发展的现状，形成课内课外联合体育课程教程，在创新型的体育课程教学背景下，激发学生对学习排球的兴趣。本文仔细调查初中排球体育教学的实际发展情况，进而提出了相应的解决策略。……
