摘  要：在新课改之后，道德与法治教学成为一门学生必修的科目，道德与法治教学主要是培养学生观念的一门学科，目的是增强学生的道德感，帮助学生树立社会主义核心价值观。道德与法治学科是素质教育的具体体现，也是培养综合性素质人才的重要教学保障。在教学过程中，教师应注重促进学生产生共情，激发学生爱的情感。本文主要通过对三年上册《家是最温暖的地方》、五年上册《我们的国土，我们的家园》两个单元教学内容的讲解，来阐述如何在道德与法治教学中激发学生爱的情感。

Stimulate Students' Emotion of Love in the Teaching of Morality and Rule of law

【Abstract】After the new curriculum reform，the teaching of ethics and the rule of law has become a compulsory subject for students. The teaching of ethics and the rule of law is mainly a subject that cultivates students' ideas. The purpose is to enhance students' sense of morality and help students establish socialist core values. The discipline of ethics and rule of law is a concrete manifestation of quality education and an important teaching material for cultivating comprehensive quality talents. In the teaching process，teachers should focus on promoting empathy among students and inspiring students' feelings of love. This article mainly explains how to stimulate students' love in the teaching of morality and the rule of law by explaining the teaching contents of the two units： "Home is the warmest place" in the first three years and "Our Country，Our Home" in the first five years. .

在马斯洛的需要层次理论中，他将人的需要分为五大层次，如同一个金字塔形，由下到上：一是生理需要。二是安全需要。三是归属和爱的需要。四是尊重的需要。五是自我实现的需要。自我实现的需要位于金字塔的最顶端，它是指个人成长与发展，使自身潜能得到发挥，最终实现理想的需要。可見，情感是人最基本的精神需求。如果情感这一需求没有满足，那将直接影响尊重需要和自我实现需要的满足。

1. 道德与法治课程的内涵

（1）以政治认同为指向，突出价值引领

在教师进行道德与法治教学的过程中，要让学生理解和明白，所有公民都是国家的一部分，国家是公民的庇护伞，公民是国家的建设者，个人的利益和集体的利益是息息相关的，有关国家利益的事情都不是小事。……
