摘  要：引导高中生在假期中进行自治，是新时代学校教育工作的延伸。高中生具备自我管理的能力，假期的学生自治可以唤起其主体教育意识，利于高中生在自我体验中达到自我实现。我们可以在他们的思想政治生活、学习生活和业余文化生活方面开展自治。笔者在假期的学生自治方面尝试了下列方法：督促与熏染双管齐下;“小先生”与“大数据”相得益彰;学习和娱乐一张一弛;家庭、学校、社会合力育人。

Should senior high school students have the opportunity of autonomy in their study and life during the holidays

【Abstract】Guiding high school students to exercise autonomy during holidays is an extension of school education in the new era. High school students have the ability of self-management. Student autonomy during holidays can arouse their subject education consciousness，which is conducive to high school students' self realization in self experience. We can develop autonomy in their ideological and political life，study life and amateur cultural life. The author tries the following methods in the aspect of student autonomy during holidays：Supervision and influence“ "Little Mr." and "big data" complement each other;Learning and entertainment are relaxed;Family，school and society work together to educate people.

一些教師或许有这样一个感觉：在假期中，学生的管理和教育责任已经完全转移到了家长身上。其实不然！并且不可否认的是：做好学生假期的管理，是班级常规管理的不可忽视的一个方面，是新时代的学校教育工作的延伸。

那么，在假期学习生活中高中生“应否有自治的机会？如果应该自治，我们又要问学生自治究竟应有几多大的范围？施行学生自治，又应用何种方法？”关于学生自治，陶行知先生是这样定义的：“学生自治是学生结起团体来，大家学习自己管理自己的手续。从学校这方面说，就是为学生预备种种机会，使学生能够大家组织起来，养成他们自己管理自己的能力”。

1. 在假期学习生活中高中生有自治的机会

总的来说，高中生在假期的学习生活中可以充分发挥自己的主观能动性，有效的利用资源，自我管理、自我约束、自我激励、自我完善，以此实现自己的人生理想与目标。……
