【摘要】外语教学一直是我国教育不可忽视的组成部分。口语输出能力是检验学生外语学习水平及表达能力的最直接的方式。王初明教授表示，语言学习的最大障碍在于需要把静态的语言知识运用于动态的交际环境中，而这一过程需要由“续”来完成。在外语教学中，“续”的直接目的是促进学生二语习得，但当下的外语教学受传统教学模式影响，学生的口语输出能力以及听说能力的培养没有得到重视。本文对“续”的研究进行简单的回顾和分析，探讨续说理论应用于口语教学的优势、不足以及教学完善。

【Abstract】Foreign language teaching has always been a part of the education in China. Oral output ability is the most direct way to test students' foreign language learning level and expression ability. Professor Wang said the biggest obstacle to language learning lies in the need to apply static language knowledge to dynamic communication environment， and this process needs to be completed by continuation. In foreign language teaching， one of the direct functions of “continuation” is to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and promote students' second language acquisition. However， the current foreign language teaching has beeninfluenced by the traditional teaching mode， So the cultivation of students' oral output ability and listening and speaking ability has not been paid attention to. This paper makes a brief review and analysis of the research of “continuation”， to explore the advantages， disadvantages and teaching perfection of the application of the theory of continuation in oral teaching.

王初明教授及其团队为解决国人学外语的难题，经过几年不断研究，探索出“续论”教学法，它阐释的语言学习机理为促学提供了有效的手段。续理论的基本理念是，语言是通过“续”学会的，高效学习的目的也是通过“续”实现的，不同于以往的语言习得观。国内目前关于续论的研究并不多，主要存在于续写领域，对于续说的研究多停留在理论层面。如今各地相继进行的高考改革旨在建立起具有中国特色的高考招生制度体系，致力于提高学生英语综合能力的目标非常明确。……
