【摘  要】分组管理是实施班级自主管理的最佳途径，能有效提升学生的执行力，提高班级管理效率。在小学进行班级分组管理可以培养小学生的自我管理能力，让学生互相监督，互相学习，成为班级管理的主人。教师要创新班级分组管理方式，合理组建学习小组，让学生有施展才华的空间，形成优良的班风和学风。本文通过分析班级分组管理的意义，进而探讨班级自主分组管理的有效策略。

Talking about the Independent Group Management of Class

【Abstract】Group management is the best way to implement class self-management， which can effectively enhance students' executive ability and improve class management efficiency. Group management of classes in primary schools can cultivate the self-management ability of primary school students， allow students to supervise each other， learn from each other， and become the master of class management. Teachers should innovate the way of class grouping management， rationally organize study groups， so that students have room to display their talents， and form a good class style and style of study. This article analyzes the significance of class grouping management， and then discusses the effective strategy of class independent grouping management.

分組管理能让班级管理变得更有系统性和科学性，让学生在班级中愉快、轻松地学习和生活。班级自主分组管理之所以能取得良好的效果，就在于它能有效地解决班级管理中出现的各种疑难问题，把教师从烦琐的班级杂事中解脱出来，极大地提高班级管理水平。对小学高年级学生实施自主分组管理，可以规范小学生的行为习惯，培养学生的团队精神和集体观念，使班级有序、稳定发展。

一、小学阶段班级分组管理的意义

（一）调动小学生的主动性

新课改带来了新变化，班级管理也有了新的机遇，分组管理的应用改变了传统管理方式的弊端，让小学生有了更多参与班级管理的机会。教师的精力是有限的，有时候既要进行学科教学，又要管理班级，无法做到两者之间的平衡，结果就导致班级管理混乱，学生在班级里得不到良好的发展，所以，自主分组管理就越来越受到重视。……
