【摘  要】当前对教师的培养往往忽视了对教育对象“儿童”的研究，这样，教师就很难走进儿童的精神世界，真正的教育就不会发生。做催生希望的最美教师，就要站在儿童的立场上研究儿童，用自己的教育智慧为儿童打开一扇窗，融入儿童生活的一点一滴中，将一件件看似寻常的小事，堆积成儿童一生一世用之不尽的不同寻常的宝藏。

To be the Most Beautiful Teacher Who Sticks to the Standpoint of Children and Gives Birth to Hope for the Future

【Abstract】The current training of teachers often neglects the research on the educational objects "children". In this way， it is difficult for teachers to enter the spiritual world of children， and real education will not happen. To be the most beautiful teacher who can give birth to hope is to study children from the standpoint of children， and use their educational wisdom to open a window for children， integrate them into the little things of childrens lives， and make every seemingly ordinary trivial matter， pile up into unusual treasures that children can use for a lifetime.

有這样一个故事：有一个男孩非常喜欢敲鼓，可以一天敲个不停，很多人都想让这个孩子安静下来，可是无论身边的人怎么做，这个男孩都不曾停下来。第一个人告诉男孩，如果继续敲鼓耳膜会被震破。第二个人告诉男孩，只有在特定的场合才可以敲鼓，因为敲鼓是一件非常神圣的事情。第三个人给了男孩一副耳罩……很遗憾，这些方法都没用。最后，一位智者给了男孩一把锤子和一个凿子，并告诉男孩：“我想知道这个鼓里面有什么东西。”男孩有点迟疑地拿着锤子和凿子，并在智者的指导下“砰”的一声敲破了鼓。鼓破了，男孩有点意外，却豁然开朗地说道：“哦，原来应该使用的是锤子，我还以为里面有什么好玩的东西呢。”然后扔下鼓便跑开了。众人一片哗然。

这个故事揭示出一个有趣的事实：儿童与成人是两个完全不同的世界，成人往往站在自己的立场上，以为了孩子好的名义去教育孩子，结果适得其反。于是关于“教育立场”这一命题便摆在了我们的面前。
