【摘  要】在教学改革的今天，凸显教育的个性化逐渐成为当代小学教育的重点，尤其针对小学语文作文教学而言，千篇一律的教学模式已经无法满足现代教育体系对小学生语文能力的要求。所以，如何将个性化的思维应用到小学语文教学中，凸显小学语文作文教学的意义就显得格外重要。基于此，本文从小学语文作文教学个性化教学的重要性出发，思考当下小学语文作文教学个性化的不足，提出几方面个性化教学的要点，希望对后续教学提供实践的基础。

The Key Points of Individualized Teaching of Chinese Composition Teaching in Primary Schools

【Abstract】 In today's teaching reform， highlighting the individualization of education has gradually become the focus of contemporary elementary education. Especially for the teaching of Chinese composition in elementary schools， the cookie-cutter teaching model has been unable to meet the requirements of the modern education system for the language ability of primary school students. Therefore， how to apply individualized thinking to elementary school Chinese teaching and highlight the significance of elementary school Chinese composition teaching becomes extremely important. Based on this， this article starts from the importance of individualized teaching of Chinese composition teaching in elementary schools， considers the shortcomings of individualized teaching of Chinese composition teaching in primary schools， and proposes several points of individualized teaching， hoping to provide a practical basis for follow-up teaching.

个性化教学就是只根据学生的不同需求展开具备更强针对性的教学，是传统教育中普适化教学的延伸，也是“学本位”思想在当代课堂中的重要体现。随着小学教育改革的推进，个性化教学在课堂中的应用也随之大幅增多，越来越多教师意识到了个性化教学对小学生成长、学习的积极作用。也正基于此，教师如何将个性化教学应用到小学语文作文教学的过程中，帮助小学生突破语文作文学习难点，深化小学生对作文的理解就成了未来教学改革中迫切需要解决的问题。

一、小学语文作文教学的问题

作文是语文学科中具备一定难度的综合性内容，也是我国小学阶段语文学科中一直存在的内容。回顾过往几十年我国小学语文作文教育的发展进程，可以发现，我国小学生作文一直存在着一个相对固定的“套路”，其中不仅蕴含了很多套话、废话，同时也让作文失去了原本的意义。……
