【摘  要】对于高中英语教学来说，听、说、读、写是最基本的四项技能，其中听、说是最关键的交际能力。教师想要促进学生四项技能的全面发展，就应该结合单元内容进行教学设计，对高中生英语听说能力认知过程、听说能力影响因素、听说能力应对措施有一个合理的认知。基于此，文章对高中生英语听说能力影响因素及应对措施进行了简单的阐述。

Research on the Influencing Factors and Effective Countermeasures of Senior High School Students' English Listening

【Abstract】For high school English teaching， listening， speaking， reading， and writing are the four most basic skills， of which listening and speaking are the most critical communicative skills. Teachers who want to promote the overall development of the four skills of students should combine unit content in teaching design， and have a reasonable understanding of the cognitive process of high school students' English listening and speaking ability， factors affecting listening and speaking ability， and countermeasures for listening and speaking ability. Based on this， the article briefly elaborates the influencing factors and countermeasures of high school students' English listening and speaking ability.

一、高中生英語听说能力的形成过程

经过研究和调查，教师发现高中生的听说能力提升过程是一个螺旋式的过程。高中生已经具备独立的思想和人格，因此当他们通过耳朵接收外部信息时，会形成较自我的认知和想法，主观地把握讯息，这就是听说能力形成的基础环节。随着英语教学的深入，高中生逐渐产生认知能力，学生能够通过所学知识对词汇、语句的发音进行识别，高中生可以将英语听说知识构筑于一个完整的框架中，充分调动自身的自主能动性。由此可见，英语教师若要提高高中生的听说能力，就应该先提高学生对听力训练的兴趣，并且科学、合理地增加对学生听说能力的训练次数。

二、高中生英语听说能力的影响因素

（一）高中生对英语学习不够自信

对于高中生来说，学习英语这一语言对他们产生了一定的心理压力，再加上大部分高中生在实际生活中没有运用英语的机会，因此他们在学习英语时不够自信，存在胆怯和害怕的心理。……
