摘  要：心理学研究表明;“心理安全”和“心理自由”的心理环境，最适合创造力的发展和表现。广大一线教师在课堂中，要将创建和谐、放松的学习氛围为首要任务。积极地为学生们提供一个相对独立的探索空间。使之成为学习活动的主人和课堂活动的主要参与者。一是，应当保证学生能够理解课堂上教师所讲解的内容，将更多的时间交还给学生们。让他们能够自由地说出自己想要说出的话语。且在这样的过程当中，尽可能地将独立的时间交付给学生们。二是，建立新型的师生关系。教师可以是多重身份，例如，参与者、指导者、甚至可以是听众或者其他一切有利于学生们发展的身份，如兄如父。这完全能够激起学生们大胆思考，发现和提出新问题的热情。

【Abstract】Psychological research shows that the psychological environment of "psychological security" and "psychological freedom" is the most suitable for the development and performance of creativity. The majority of front-line teachers in the classroom，to create a harmonious，relaxed learning atmosphere as the primary task. Actively provide students with a relatively independent exploration space. Make it the master of learning activities and the main participants of classroom activities. Teachers should be able to give more time to students to understand the content. Let them be free to say what they want to say. And in this process，as much as possible to deliver independent time to students. Second，establish a new type of teacher-student relationship. Teachers can be multiple identities，such as participants，mentors，even listeners，or all other identities conducive to the development of students，such as brothers and fathers. This can fully arouse students' enthusiasm to think boldly，discover and ask new questions.

小學数学教学是教师教与学生学的统一。其关键问题是如何将学生们的积极性提升上来，这才是提高教学质量的关键问题。新课标下的小学数学学科教育，不断地深入探索教学的内容、方法、习题等等，并且始终在更新和完善。“教育改革”的新理念已经被渗透到教学过程的各个环节。在新课程理念下，教师也要从“工匠型”教师向“专家型”教师转变。找到学生们感兴趣的点。
