摘  要：人们常说，兴趣是最好的老师，要想促使学生长期实现自主学习，就必须要保证学生对学科学习是感兴趣的、有期待心理的。对此，小学体育教师也要积极培养学生的运动兴趣，确保学生能够始终以自主积极的状态参与体育锻炼活动，让学生真正实现健康成长。本文将从设计趣味游戏，培养运动兴趣;设计多元项目，实现校本教学;重视评价激励，保护期待心理三个角度来分析小学体育教师应该如何积极培养学生的运动兴趣。

An Effective Strategy for Primary School Physical Education to Cultivate Students' Interest in Sports

【Abstract】It is often said that interest is the best teacher. If we want to encourage students to achieve long-term independent learning，we must ensure that students are interested in subject learning and have expectations. In this regard，primary school physical education teachers should also actively cultivate students' interest in sports，to ensure that students can always participate in physical exercise activities in an autonomous and active state，so that students can truly achieve healthy growth. This article will analyze how primary school physical education teachers should actively cultivate students' interest in sports from three perspectives： designing fun games to cultivate sports interest;designing multiple projects to achieve school-based teaching;attaching importance to evaluation and incentives and protecting anticipation psychology.

从现实角度来看，小学生正是爱玩好动的年纪，本身应该十分期待体育活动，但是事实却并非如此。造成这一现状的基本原因便是小学体育教学的“应试化”指导行为，以及单一枯燥的运动锻炼活动直接影响了小学生的运动心态，很容易让学生产生疲惫感、乏味感，无法有效保护学生的积极运动心态，也因此影响了学生的自主运动行为，难以让学生形成终身运动意识。对此，小学体育教师则要积极培养学生的运动兴趣，尽量让学生喜欢上运动，使其能够及时养成良好的运动习惯，真正让学生受益。

1.设计趣味游戏，培养运动兴趣

（1）以游戏活动创新热身形式

小学体育教师要尝试在热身环节组织体育游戏活动，以便优化体育课的准备效果，初步调动学生的积极运动心理，为激趣教学开个好头。

在热身环节，笔者会利用一些传统游戏来组织运动活动，如踢毽子、丢沙包、跑城等等，而且学生在课間活动中也经常玩游戏，所以如果通过游戏活动来组织热身活动，则可利用课间休息环节，以便留出更多的时间促使学生学习体育技能。……
