摘  要：随着我国教育提倡以素质教育为改革创新发展的新方向，体育教学中激励教学法逐渐被提出来。在网络时代的发展之下，我国小学体育教育过程中，如何科学有效的将激励式教学运用到体育课堂中是首要解决的问题。基于此，本文以基于网络时代小学体育激励式教育的应用为研究出发点，探索了小学体育教学中运用激励方式的教学方法的重要作用以及运用方法，以期为我国小学体育创新教育提供参考意义。

【Absrtact】with the promotion of quality education as a new direction of reform and innovation，incentive teaching method in physical education is gradually put forward. Under the development of network era，how to apply incentive teaching to physical education classroom is the most important problem in the process of primary school physical education in our country. Based on this，this paper takes the application of physical education incentive education in primary schools based on the network era as the starting point，and explores the important role and application methods of teaching methods using incentive methods in primary school physical education teaching. In order to provide reference significance for primary school physical education innovation education.

体育教学主要是为了增强学生的体质健康和培养积极向上的体育精神，让学生了解并认识体育运动给自身带来的诸多好处，如健康的身体、强壮的体魄等等。在小学体育教学中科学合理的运用激励式的体育教学手段，不仅可以增加小学生对体育的喜欢，还可以实现学校开展体育课程的教学目标。

1.激勵方式的教学概述

（1）激励方式教学含义

激励一词来源于英文“motivation”，具有鼓励行为、激发动机的含义。激励以某种适当的形式来激发人们的内在动力，使人们的行为可以更好的指向特定目标，完成相应任务。通常情况下，激励在某种内部和外部的约束影响下，可以促进人始终保持一定的兴奋状态。

激励式教育的重点就在于激励上面，激励指的是利用各种方法对行为人进行激发鼓励，使行为人可以更加努力拼搏，进而完成自己订立的任务目标。……
