【摘  要】本文主要针对新时期班主任班级管理的发展与创新展开深入研究，先阐述了班主任班级管理的主要内容，然后又提出了几点切实可行的创新措施，如加强进修学习、实行民主管理、注重自身言行、开展班级活动等。通过以上措施，促使班主任管理工作顺利开展，并获得良好的管理效果，提高学生的自身素质，促进学生全面发展。

【Abstract】This article focuses on in-depth research on the development and innovation of the class management of the class teacher in the new era. First， it explains the main content of the class management of the class teacher， and then puts forward several practical and feasible innovative measures， Such as strengthening further study， implementing democratic management， paying attention to one's own words and deeds， and carrying out class activities. Through the above measures， the management of the head teacher will be promoted smoothly， and good management effects will be obtained， improve the students' own quality， and promote the all-round development of the students.

一、班主任班級管理的主要内容

班主任有着丰富的工作内容，主要工作内容如下。首先，为学生传授知识，对于班主任来说，其身份具有一定的特殊性，有更多的时间与学生进行接触，班主任的一言一行对学生的生活和学习习惯有着直接的影响。基于此，班主任在对自身教育任务完成之后，再积极去引导学生，能够让学生对基础知识更好地掌握，与此同时，还能培养学生的学习能力和思考能力。其次，在班级活动中，班主任作为引导者。对于班主任而言，在班级管理的过程中，班主任需要将其班级学生的积极主动性充分发挥出来，适当对各种班级活动进行开展，为学生营造出良好的学习氛围，促使学生更好地成长。最后，班主任最大也是最重要任务就是加强学生思想品德教育，需要班主任采取各种各样的方式，引导学生对正确树立人生观和价值观。
