【摘  要】随着时代的发展以及科技的不断进步，信息时代已悄然来临，信息技术逐步与各行各业进行连接与融合，教育行业也在与时俱进，教育信息化正在普遍发展壮大。为了促使教育信息化创新发展，教育部提出了新的教育理念——智慧教育。笔者将以智慧教育引领教育信息化创新发展为话题展开讨论。

Leading the Development of Educational Information Innovation with Smart Education

【Abstract】With the development of the times and the continuous advancement of science and technology， the information age has come quietly. Information technology is gradually connecting and integrating with all walks of life. The education industry is also advancing with the times， and education informatization is generally developing and growing. In order to promote the innovation and development of education informatization， the Ministry of Education has proposed a new educational concept-wisdom education. The author will discuss with the topic of wisdom education leading the innovation and development of education informatization.

在21世纪这个崭新的信息时代，教育行业必须迎头赶上，以智慧教育为出发点，促进数字化教育到智慧教育的快速转变，不断完善信息化教学设备，并且引导教师和学生学习并接纳信息化教学理念，通过多次实践，不断创新，促进教育信息化更上一层楼。

一、改善信息产品，完善智慧教育设施

物质基础决定上层建筑。意识是物质世界的发展产物，要想提高我国的教育文化软实力，使学生在信息化时代来临之际，能够精准地抓住智慧教育的精髓，各大地区的各个电教管和学校首先应该提高自身的教育硬件，推动智慧教育的发展，首先应该通过各方面的支持改善信息产品，完善智慧教育的相关设施，为智慧教育的发展提供坚实的物质基础。教育信息化所涉及的硬件设备，不是单纯指网络的全方面覆盖与便捷，还有各种多媒体教学设备和控制软件，更为重要的是信息化教学相关技术的施展与应用，保证多媒体、计算机等设备最大额度容量配备。……
