摘  要：随着小学体育教学改革的不断深入，阳光体育教学也日益走进每一节体育课堂，在阳光体育教学的指引下，教师更应该去思考如何建立小学体育教学的长效机制，只有真正搭建起常态化的小学体育教学活动，才能真正让体育教学落到实处，不断提升学生的体育素养。本文以阳光体育教学为写作背景，重点探讨建立小学体育教学长效机制的必要性、困境与完善措施，为更多教师开展小学体育教学活动提供对策参考。

Research on the long-term mechanism of primary school physical education under the background of sunshine sports teaching

【Abstract】With the continuous deepening of primary school physical education reform，sunshine sports teaching is also increasingly into every physical education class. Under the guidance of sunshine sports teaching，teachers should think about how to establish a long-term mechanism of primary school physical education teaching. Only by truly building up a normal primary school physical education teaching activities can we really implement physical education teaching and constantly improve students' Sports literacy 。 In this paper，sunshine sports teaching as the writing background，focusing on the establishment of primary school physical education long-term mechanism of the necessity，difficulties and improvement measures，for more teachers to carry out primary school physical education activities to provide countermeasures for reference.

阳光体育教学的初衷是让学生能够强身健体，并且把这种锻炼进行常态化，逐步培养学生终身运动的良好习惯。阳光体育教学的指引下，小学体育教师更要进一步深化现有的体育教学课程改革，努力构建小学体育教学的长效机制，真正把阳光体育的内涵落实到位，通过高质量的体育课程设计，帮助小学生在长效机制的影响下进行身体的锻炼，逐步培养新时代身体健康发展的优秀人才。

1.小学体育教学长效机制必要性

从现有的小学教学实践来看，很多学校重文化课、轻体育课的现象依然存在，在小学这个阶段，很多人都认为体育教师仅仅是带着孩子进行蹦蹦跳跳，并不注重探究体育课程的科学性、完备性。实际上，小学体育教学是学生整个体育运动的初始环节，把握好这个环节的教学内容，更有助于构建长效化的体育锻炼机制，从而帮助学生养成热爱运动、终身运动的良好习惯。……
