摘  要：新教师的培养是各国教育界普遍重视的问题，我国的新教师培养有“师带徒”的传统，可以有效的弥补高校教育与实际教学间的差距，很好地解决了两者间存在的问题，是助力新教师快速成长的较好方式。但由于对新教师这个群体的特点和需求还缺乏系统研究，对其支持和帮助不仅缺乏制度上的保证，而且在培养的目标、内容、方式方法和考核等方面还存在很大的盲目性。因此，建立完善的新教师制度和考核制度，并配以相应的保障制度，对于新教师的专业成长有重要作用。

The present situation and improvement strategy of "teacher leading apprentice" mode in biology teaching

【Abstract】The cultivation of new teachers is a problem that the educational circles of all countries attach great importance to. The cultivation of new teachers in our country has the tradition of "teachers leading apprentices"，which can effectively make up for the gap between college education and actual teaching，and solve the problems between them. It is a better way to help new teachers grow rapidly. However，due to the lack of systematic research on the characteristics and needs of new teachers，support and help are not only lack of institutional guarantee，but also have great blindness in training objectives，contents，methods and assessment. Therefore，the establishment of a sound new teacher system and assessment system，together with the corresponding security system，plays an important role in the professional development of new teachers.

新教師是教育的主力军，更是教育的未来，提升新教师教育教学能力，对推动学校发展，增强学校的整体实力方面有着非常重要的作用。相对于义教阶段，高中生物教学中知识点抽象，教学难度大，对教师的能力要求也更高，因此，笔者所在学校采用“师带徒”方式来助力新入职生物教师的培养，由拥有丰富教学经验的老教师担任师傅，对新教师进行全面的教育教学水平的培养，并将成果运用在全校其他学科新教师的培养中。经过几年的实践和探索，已取得了较好的效果，但同时也存在一些不足之处，亟待改进。

1.“师带徒”模式的现状

（1）培养模式单一

笔者所在学校之前对新入职教师的培养方式，通常是师傅让新教师跟着自己去听课，师傅在上面讲，新教师在下面听，在教案的书写，作业的批阅，课后辅导等方面，新教师也都是照着师傅的样子去做。……
