摘  要：“人工智能”时代的到来给教育也带来了巨大的冲击，利用互联网技术对英语口语进行测试评价的手段—“人机对话”应运而生。面对其挑战，小学英语教师需采取相应的措施。依照“人机对话”的四维评价标准：完整性、准确性、韵律性、流畅性，小学英语教师应该有针对性地剖析小学生英语语音存在的不足、存在的问题，结合小学生自身特点以及运用多种教学策略，致力于提高小学英语语音教学水平，改善小学生英语语音面貌，提升小学生英语学习能力，为应对“人机对话”做好充分的准备。

Strategies of English Phonetic Teaching in primary schools under the background of "human computer dialogue"

【Abstract】The advent of the "artificial intelligence" era has also brought a huge impact on education. The use of Internet technology to test and evaluate spoken English - "man-machine dialogue" came into being. Facing the challenge，primary school English teachers need to take corresponding measures. According to the four-dimensional evaluation criteria of "man-machine dialogue"： integrity，accuracy，rhythm and fluency，primary school English teachers should analyze the shortcomings and problems of primary school students' English pronunciation，combine with the characteristics of primary school students and use a variety of teaching strategies to improve the English pronunciation teaching level of primary school students，improve the English phonetic appearance of primary school students，and improve the English pronunciation appearance of primary school students Primary school students' English learning ability should be well prepared for "man-machine dialogue".

1.比較与冲击：“人机对话”下小学英语语音教学现状

信息时代到来，小学英语课堂逐渐走上“多元化、信息化、自主化、生活化”的道路。“人机对话”应运而生，人机对话作为一种新型的测试模式，已成为当前英语中考的重要组成部分。

所谓的英语口语“人机对话”测试，就是指引进第三方测试设备，对学生进行人机英语对话测试，每位学生一台电脑、一个耳机和麦克风，播放、录音、打分都统一由电脑完成。这种新型的评价方式避免了教师与学生面对面交流所可能产生的主观性和不公平因素，可以保证尽可能多的学生同时参加考试，且题目随机，既提高了效率，又保证测试的公平性和准确性。根据二级语音达标要求，即小学六年级结束时学生应能够：一是正确读出26个英文字母。……
