【摘  要】传统教学观念下教师的教学思维较为僵化，学生在学习过程中也缺乏创新能力和自主思考能力，导致整体数学课堂教学单调乏味。而新课改背景下要求教学过程中不仅要指导学生掌握基础的知识内容、学会运用知识解决实际问题，还要运用合理的教学方法进一步提高学生的学科核心素养和综合能力。所以为了达到初中数学教育目标，需要教师针对目前数学教学中存在的问题进行分析，并通过与学生沟通了解学生在学习发展过程中的实际需求，结合多种教学方法对现有的课堂教学进行创新优化，促使教学更具创意性和有效性。

【Abstract】Under the traditional teaching concept， the teaching thinking of teachers is relatively rigid， the students also lack the ability of innovation and independent thinking in the learning process， which leads to the monotony and boring of overall mathematics classroom teaching. In the context of the new curriculum reform， the teaching process requires not only to guide students to master basic knowledge content， learn to use knowledge to solve practical problems， but also to use reasonable teaching methods to further improve students' core literacy and comprehensive ability. Therefore， in order to achieve the goal of junior high school mathematics education， teachers need to analyze the current problems in mathematics teaching， communicate with students to understand the actual needs of students in the process of learning and development， and combine a variety of teaching methods to innovate existing classroom teaching optimization makes teaching more creative and effective.

一、初中數学教学存在的问题

（一）课堂教学缺少趣味性

学习兴趣是学生主动学习数学的重要支撑，但目前在实际数学教学过程中多数学生的学习兴趣都较低，主要原因有以下几点。

第一，教师使用的教学方法多是单方面的讲解灌输，要求学生对固定的公式、知识点进行硬性记忆，导致数学知识的乏味枯燥感再次攀升。

第二，学生与同学之间、教师之间在课堂学习过程中缺乏良好的互动，学生没有有效的自主学习时间，难以表达自身对数学知识的看法、疑问和思考，这种情况下会导致教师的课堂教学内容越来越偏离学生的实际需求。学生在学习过程中担任“沉默者”，自然无法对数学学习维持长期兴趣。……
