摘 要：新昌最早的产茶历史可以追溯到汉代，20世纪80年代珠茶滞销，当地政府大力推广“圆改扁”技术，大佛龙井逐渐名誉全国，至今在新昌经济发展中占有重要的地位。然而，新昌茶产业的发展目前仍面临着茶园抗灾受冻能力弱、产业化水平低等问题。通过实地调查以及网络查阅，该文介绍了新昌县茶产业发展现状，分析了新昌地区茶叶产业的不足，并提出了促进新昌地区茶叶产业发展的对策建议。

Current Situation and Future Development Plan of Xinchang′s Tea Industry

Abstract： The earliesttea production history of Xinchang can be traced back to the Han Dynasty. In the 1980s， with the unsalable sales of pearl tea， the government vigorously promoted the“round to flat” technology.Giant Buddha Dragon Well Tea radually became famous all over the country and now occupies an important position in the economic development of Xinchang. However， the development of Xinchang tea industry still faces the problems of weak disaster resistance and freezing resistance of tea gardens and low industrialization level. Through on-site investigation and suggestions and online consultation， this article introduces the development status of the tea industry in Xinchang County， analyzes the shortcomings of the tea industry in Xinchang，and puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of the tea industry inXinchang.

茶葉一直是新昌经济发展的支柱产业，是县域经济重要的来源之一。但是新昌的茶叶发展与中国其他出名茶叶产业相比仍存在一定的差距，主要表现在产品种类结构不合理、行业间组织程度不高、茶园防灾抗害水平弱等方面。为此，笔者通过实地综合调研以及网络查阅，分析了新昌县茶产业发展的现状以及在加工生产方面存在的一些主要问题，并对新昌县茶产业未来可持续发展提出了相应的对策建议。

1 浙江省茶叶产销概况

1.1 生产情况 2010年浙江省茶叶农业总产值为86亿元，到2018年增加到190亿元，年均增长14.97%。全省各地绿茶的平均产量从2010年的65000t增加到85000t，年均增长4.40%。浙江省茶叶协会《2010—2018年浙江茶业发展报告》显示，浙江全省茶园面积由2010年的19万hm2增加到2017年的1996万hm2。2010—2017年，茶叶总产量从1660万t增加到1790万t，年均增长1.12%。茶叶是浙江省主要的农产品之一，全省境内有将近70个主要产茶地。……
