摘 要：为了全面提升学生的綜合素质，树立正确的价值观念，需要寓课程思政于粮油食品加工技术教学中。该研究探索了课程思政实施路径，以“三维并进，德育为先”为课程思政教学目标，创新教学方法，深入挖掘思政元素，以期为食品专业相关课程思政建设提供参考。

Exploration and Practice ofIdeological and Political Teaching of Grain and Oil Processing Technology

Abstract： In order to comprehensively improve students′ comprehensive quality and establish correct values，curriculum thinking and politics are integrated into the teaching of grain and oilprocessing technology. Actively explore the implementation path of curriculum ideological and political education，build a “Trinity” curriculum ideological and political teaching goal， innovate teaching methods， and deeply explore ideological and political elements， in order to provide reference for the ideological and political construction of food related courses.

粮油食品加工技术是高职院校食品类专业的一门核心课程，该课程是以研究粮食、油料等农副产品综合加工利用理论与技术为主的综合性应用学科。课程内容涉及粮油原料种类、品质的鉴定，掌握典型米、面、豆制品加工，植物油脂加工以及其他加工技术的工艺流程和操作要点，使学生具备良好的食品质量安全意识、不断改进的创新精神。粮油食品加工技术课程与实践生产及人们的生活紧密联系，在课程思政背景下应充分发挥粮油食品加工技术课程的德育功能，培养学生热爱祖国热爱家乡的情怀，形成正确的人生价值观念，具备良好的职业素养、职业行为和职业认同感等，为学生全面协调可持续发展打下坚实的基础，真正实现专业课程与思政理论课的相互兼容、同向同行、协同发展。本文以浙江国际海运职业技术学院粮油食品加工技术课程为例，对实施课程思政的必要性和可行性、课程思政教育的实现路径、课程思政改革成效等方面进行了阐述，旨在为高职院校粮油食品相关课程思政建设提供参考。……
