摘 要：在“新农科”建设背景下，围绕立德树人根本任务，以药用植物栽培学课程思政为对象，在课程专业知识传授中挖掘思政元素，开展课程思政教育实践，引导学生以强农兴农为己任，知农爱农、献身农业，为乡村振兴和农业可持续发展贡献力量，也为涉农高校课程思政建设提供参考。

Practice and Mining of Ideological Political Elements in Medicinal Plant Cultivation Course under the Background of New Agricultural Science

Abstract： Focusing on the fundamental task of moral education， taking the ideological and political education of medicinal plant cultivation course as the object under the background of the construction of “New Agricultural Science”， practice ideological and political elements in the teaching of professional knowledge of the course， and carry out the practice of ideological and political education in coruses. It guides students to take strengthening agriculture and revitalizing agriculture as their own tasks， “know agriculture” “love agriculture” and “devote themselves to agriculture”， so as to contribute to rural revitalization and sustainable development of agriculture， and also provide reference for the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities.

2020年5月，教育部发布《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》，要求高校围绕“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的根本问题深化课程思政建设，把立德树人作为人才培养的根本任务和检验高校工作的根本标准，帮助大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观[1]。对于各高校而言，要在充分领会“纲要”主旨的基础上，根据人才培养的目标，建立科学的课程思政体系，深入挖掘各类课程中的思政元素，通过融合传授，既丰富学生的学识，也达到了课程育人的目的。2019年6月，《安吉共識—中国新农科建设宣言》正式吹响新农科建设的号角，明确提出涉农高校要加快培养创新型、复合应用型、实用技能型农林人才，高标准建设好农林“金专”“金课”“高地”[2]。2020年，中央一号文件明确指出“要推动人才下乡、强化科技支撑作用，要培养更多知农爱农、扎根乡村的人才”。国家出台的一系列政策给涉农高校人才培养和专业课程建设提出了更高、更明确的要求，既要培养基础知识扎实、应用实践能力强的农业人才，同时还要具备以强农兴农为己任，热爱农业扎根基层责任担当。……
