摘 要：该文介绍了泰州高校农业科技社会服务现状，分析了泰州高校社会服务中存在宣传工作和动员工作不到位;课程设置与社会脱节;社会服务机制不健全;受限于地方政策、财力、物力等方面的支持等问题。并针对以上问题提出了相应的对策建议，主要包括：创新泰州高校农业科技服务方式;健全高校师资队伍社会服务组织管理机构;重视科学研究服务管理，搭建科研服务平台;组建“双师型”教学团队;制定提升激励机制。

Analysis and Suggestions on the Current Situation of Agricultural Science and Technology Social Service in Universities in Taizhou

Abstract： This paper studies the current situation of agricultural science and technology social service in Taizhou universities， and finds that the publicity and mobilization of social service in Taizhou universities are not in place; The curriculum is out of touch with society; imperfect social service mechanism; limited by the support of local policies， financial and material resources. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems， mainly including： we should innovate the agricultural science and technology service mode of Taizhou universities; improve the social service organization and management organization of teachers; pay attention to scientific research service management and build a scientific research service platform; establish a “double qualified” teaching team; formulate and improve the incentive mechanism.

社會服务是高校的职能之一，而农业科技社会服务是高校社会服务职能在农业领域中的重要体现。对高校农业科技社会服务人员的绩效评价与政策激励进行研究，不仅有利于促进高校教学，使科研与推广进行有机结合，实现高校产学研一体化，还有利于促进高校农业科技服务对接农业产业需求，实现高校专家团队与基层农技推广体系的有效衔接，从而推进高校科研、教学与社会服务的有机结合，提升农业科技含金量，建设新型现代农业，提升农业生产质量，增加农业经济效益，提高农民生活水平。

1 泰州高校农业科技社会服务的研究意义

1.1 理论意义 研究泰州高校农业科技社会服务现状，有利于下一步优化泰州绩效分配方式，完善职称评定办法，调动泰州高校教学科研人员参与农业科技社会服务工作的积极性，实现高校人力资源的高效配置。……
