摘 要：近年来，食品安全问题时有发生，食品安全管控成为社会关注的重点，高校作为食品安全问题高发场所，做好校内餐饮安全防控成为高校建设发展应重点考虑的内容。通过实践管控得知，食品安全档案的建设有助于高校构建餐饮安全防控体系，推动高校餐饮安全防控工作开展，有效防控食品安全问题发生。基于此，为有效建立高校餐饮安全防控体系，有序开展餐饮安全防控工作，本文简述了食品安全档案对高校餐饮安全防控体系构建的重要性，并提出在食品安全档案基础上构建高校餐饮安全防控体系的策略建议，以加强高校餐饮安全防控效果。

On the Importance of Food Safety Archives to the Construction of Catering Safety Prevention and Control System in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： In recent years， food safety problems have occurred from time to time， and food safety control has become the focus of social attention. As a place with high incidence of food safety problems， colleges and universities should focus on the prevention and control of food safety in colleges and universities. Through practical management and control， it is known that the construction of food safety archives will help colleges and universities build a catering safety prevention and control system， promote the catering safety prevention and control work in colleges and universities， and effectively prevent and control food safety problems. Based on this， in order to effectively establish the catering safety prevention and control system in colleges and universities and carry out the catering safety prevention and control work in an orderly manner， this paper briefly describes the importance of food safety archives for the construction of catering safety prevention and control system in colleges and universities， and puts forward strategic suggestions for the construction of catering safety prevention and control system in colleges and universities based on food safety archives， so as to strengthen the effect of catering safety prevention and control in colleges and universities.

高校食堂是學生和教师就餐的主要场所，由于高校内部人员较多，就餐具有一定的流动性，高校提供餐饮安全防控保护工作存在一定的难度。食品安全档案的建立对高校餐饮安全防控体系建设有一定促进作用，能推动高校餐饮安全防控工作有序开展，有效控制食品安全问题的发生。因此，为切实提升高校用餐环境的安全性，高校需重视食品安全档案的建设，以食品安全档案带动餐饮安全防控体系建立，在高校内部开展全面、系统化的餐饮安全防控活动。

1 食品安全档案对构建高校餐饮安全防控体系的重要性
