摘 要：食品安全问题是全球关注的重点问题，而食品安全的源头是农产品质量安全，从我国农业发展现状来看，应加强对农产品质量安全问题的重视。本文通过对江苏省某区县2021年检测的5 549批次样本进行分析，了解该区县农产品质量状况，提出针对性措施和意见，以提高农产品质量，降低农产品安全风险，推动我国农产品高质量生产经营和发展。

Analysis on Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products in a District of Jiangsu Province in 2021

Abstract： Food safety is a key issue of global concern， and the source of food safety is the quality and safety of agricultural products. From the current situation of agricultural development in China， we should pay more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products. Through the analysis of 5 549 batches of samples tested in a district and county of Jiangsu province in 2021， this paper understands the quality status of agricultural products in this district and county， and puts forward targeted measures and opinions， so as to improve the quality of agricultural products， reduce the safety risk of agricultural products， and promote the high-quality production， operation and development of agricultural products in China.

2021年全区食用农产品抽检5 549批次，任务由南通市通州区综合检验检测中心、上海德诺产品检测有限公司、江苏权正检验检测有限公司、普研（上海）标准技术服务股份有限公司和谱尼测试集团上海有限公司等11家检测机构共同承担。

1 食用农产品监督抽检情况

1.1 食用农产品监督抽检区域分布情况

2021年，南通市通州区食用农产品共计抽检5 549批次，市场监督管理局抽检情况统计表，见表1。

1.2 食用农产品监督抽检品种分布情况

2021年抽检覆盖蔬菜、水果、水产品、畜禽肉及副产品、鲜蛋及生干坚果与籽类食品共计6大类，抽检品种及数量见表2。全年抽检食用农产品5 549批次，其中蔬菜抽检批次占比较大，其次是水果类、水产品、畜禽肉及副产品、生干坚果与籽类食品和鲜蛋类。

2 食用农产品监督抽检不合格结果分析

2.1 食用农产品监督抽检不合格率区域分析

本次抽检覆盖通州区14区，各抽检地区中，抽检不合格占比较高的为金沙街道（27.94%）、南通高新区（16.91%）、川姜镇（13.24%）。食用农产品抽检总体不合格率为2.45%。……
