摘要：现在这个时期只有对新的课程找岀新的目标开展全方位地做实，再运用联片教研的方式去处理出现在新的课程实行过程中的各种实际的教学问题，才可以推进区域教育的全面发展。区域联片的本质是通过区域之间的联合，可以让比较差的学校学习和参考比较好的学校，对本校的教研共联体进行建立。区域联片教研活动对学校教学品质的提高有着非常重要而且积极的巨大作用。新的课程改变与革新的实验全方位地进入了一个全新的时期，怎样才可以让教师更加淡定的面对新的课程，而且更加快速的专业的成长，这个非常重大的话题引起了社会的大范围的关心和重视。

Action research on promoting the improvement of school education quality by regional joint film teaching and research activities

【Abstract】At present，only by finding new goals for the new curriculum，carrying out all-round practice，and then using the way of joint teaching and research to deal with various practical teaching problems in the implementation of the new curriculum，can we promote the all-round development of regional education.The essence of regional linkage is that through the combination between regions，poor schools can learn and refer to better schools to establish the teaching and research consortium of the school.Regional joint film teaching and research activities play a very important and positive role in improving the teaching quality of the school.The experiment of new curriculum change and innovation has entered a new period in an all-round way.How can teachers face the new curriculum more calmly and grow more rapidly？ This very important topic has aroused a wide range of concern and attention of the society.

1. 區域联片教研活动概念

区域联片教研活动是一种近几年新出现的一种教研形式，主要就是通过整合学科资源、学校研究资源、教师资源等来满足学生和教师的要求，最终达到更好促进区域学校和教师之间友好沟通和交流的目的。

2. 区域联片教研活动的意义

区域联片教研活动主要以“校本”为主，以“实现新课程”为主要目标，以“校际合作和优势互补”行为为主要策略来开展的一种教研工作机制。通过实践发现开展区域联片教研活动对各方面都有非常大的积极意义。

（1）区域联片教研活动能够更好的促进学校教师专业发展。区域联片教研活动的开展能够让学校基层的教师有更多参与教研的机会，同时还能给基层教室提供更多展示自我的平台，扩大教师之间沟通和交流的空间。……
