摘  要：“三全育人”是社会主义制度发展到现代社会阶段的产物，是着眼于中国特色社会主义教育发展前景提出的新的教育理论，对新时期中国教育的发展提出了新的要求和指出了新的方向。接下来，本文结合“三全育人”理念对小学生心理健康教育的新模式进行探索，希望对初中生德育教师和心理辅导工作的开展提供一定帮助，从而间接帮助初中生培养健康的心理，以实现他们未来更健康、更稳定、更全面的发展。

【Abstract】 "Three Comprehensive Education" is the product of the development of the socialist system to the modern social stage. It is a new educational theory that focuses on the development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics，and puts forward new requirements and requirements for the development of Chinese education in the new era. Pointed out a new direction. Next，this article explores a new model of mental health education for elementary school students based on the concept of "Three Comprehensive Education"，hoping to provide some help to the development of moral education teachers and psychological counseling for junior high school students，thereby indirectly helping junior high school students develop a healthy psychology. 社会主义中国发展到新的历史时期，高瞻远瞩地提出了“三全育人”理念，对我国的初中生心理健康教育提出了新的要求，在实际工作中形成了新的教育模式，为初中生的健康发展提供了新的方向和思路。鉴于此，本文先简要介绍“三全育人”理念，然后揭示当前初中生心理健康教育出现的问题，然后结合“三全育人”理论探索心理健康教育新模式。

1. “三全育人”理念及其特点

“三全育人”作为新时期育人的重要理论，是教育思路和方法创新与改革的体现，是新时期教育理论不断深化的结果，主张育人要全员参与、全程参与和全方位参与，是德育、心育的重要理论基础。“三全育人”理念有如下特点：

首先，全员育人。教育教学过程中本来就需要教师面向全体，而这就与“三全育人”理念的“全员”对应起来。这就要求教师在对学生进行心理健康教育时，要做到面向全体学生，同时对全员学生的心理健康问题负责。……
