摘要：在互联网迅速发展的时代下，网络渗透了生活各个领域，教育领域也不例外。信息技术支持下的现代教育手段能给教师教学和学生学习带来诸多便利。信息技术在小学英语教学中的应用，能够改革传统板书讲授为主的授課方式，同时借助多媒体、微课、电子白板等带给学生全新体验，使学生更主动积极地投入到英语学习中，提高英语教学质量，构建英语高效课堂。本文基于此，先概述信息化环境下小学英语高效课堂建立意义，再分析面对的问题，最后提出小学英语高效课堂构建策略。

Construction of English Efficient Classroom in Primary School under the Information Environment

【Abstract】In the era of rapid development of the Internet，the network has penetrated into all fields of life，and education is no exception.Modern education means supported by information technology can bring many conveniences to teachers' teaching and students' learning.The application of information technology in primary school English teaching can reform the traditional blackboard teaching method，at the same time，with the help of multimedia，micro class，electronic whiteboard and so on，it can bring students a new experience，make students more active in English learning，improve the quality of English teaching，and build an efficient English classroom.Based on this，this paper first outlines the significance of establishing an efficient primary school English classroom under the information environment，then analyzes the problems faced，and finally puts forward strategies for constructing an efficient primary school English classroom.

信息化技术和小学英语课堂的结合是英语教学的创新、进步，其能使原本枯燥单一的英语知识教授变得灵活多样、独具特色。教师将各种图片、视频、音频素材融入课堂中，直观展示、图文并茂，有助于创设轻松和谐的课堂氛围，更好地满足学生知识、情感需求，使学生真正喜欢上英语，乐于主动学习英语。由此本文特分析信息化环境下小学英语高效课堂的构建。

1. 信息化环境下小学英语高效课堂建立的意义

（1）强化课堂主动性

信息技术具有集成性、具体性和高效性特点，能够实现师生交互式教学，在小学英语课堂教学中应用，有助于对学生开展个性化教学。传统小学英语教学中，教师容易忽略学生的个性化学习需求，所以英语课堂显得枯燥单调，时间一长，学生就失去了兴趣。……
