摘要：现阶段的教学改革对教师核心素养和专业能力提出了更高要求，由于基层教师与城市教师相比核心素养更为欠缺，为进一步提升基层教育水平、推动教育事业的进步，基层教师需要在提升自身核心素养方面投入更多精力。以下内容将针对于基层教育中的小学数学科目，详细探讨新时代背景下基层小学数学教师应采取何种措施提升自身核心素养。

Research on the core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers in the new era

【Abstract】The current teaching reform puts forward higher requirements for teachers' core literacy and professional ability. Because grass-roots teachers lack more core literacy than urban teachers，grass-roots teachers need to invest more energy in improving their core literacy in order to further improve the level of grass-roots education and promote the progress of education. The following contents will discuss in detail what measures should be taken by grass-roots primary school mathematics teachers to improve their core literacy in the context of the new era.

教育部明确指出教育中应当加强对学生的核心素养教育，数学学科中的核心素养包括推理、运算等各种数学能力，还包括创新意识、应用意识等各种数学意识。为落实教学中的核心素养教育、提升教学水平与教学质量，老师应当从自身出发，将自身的核心素养进一步拔高，为顺利地开展教学活动提供保障。特别是在教学水平不高的基层地区，教师更应将提升自身核心素养能力当作一种责任。

1. 新时代下小学数学核心素养的主要内涵

核心素养最开始并未被要求于教育之中，在过去很长一段时间未曾有人谈起这一概念，而现如今已经成为教育中常被提及的概念之一。所谓核心素养就是使得学生可以适应社会发展、终身受用的品格、技能等。核心素养不仅强调个人层面，还包括社会层面和国家层面，关注社会发展变化、家国情怀都被包含在学生核心素养之内。受不同学科的特点和要求影响，每个学科的核心素养内容也存在差异。……
