摘  要：文章利用调查问卷、访谈、统计分析相结合的方法，以宁波大学地理科学专业为对象，分析科研工作对创新型本科人才培养的作用。根据调查结果可知，科研平台建设和参与教师科研项目有利于提高学生的综合素质;利用大学生创新创业项目+教师科研项目+毕业论文+跨学科融合培养+学习-教学-科研的连接体+平台建设的方式，可以有效提高地理科学专业学生创新能力。在现有人才培养大纲框架下，利用教学课程体系创新、教学方法改革、实践性课程教学强化等方面，将教师科研工作融入教学，是提高人才培养质量的一种途径。文章为地理科学专业本科生培养提供一种模式，也可供其他专业参考。

Abstract： This study used questionnaire survey， interview and statistical analysis is to test the effect of scientific research on the cultivation of innovation capability of undergraduate in geography majors. The results showed that， the construction of scientific research platform and the participation of undergraduate in teachers' research projects were beneficial to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. The innovation ability of undergraduate in geography majors can be effectively improved by using the an integrated approach included the participation in innovation project of university students and teachers' research project， the writing of graduation thesis， the training of the interdisciplinary integration， and construction of scientific research platform. At present， using innovation of teaching course system， reform of teaching method， strengthening of practical course， the integration of teachers' scientific research work and teaching can improve the innovation capability of undergraduate in geography majors. Our study provides a model for the cultivation of undergraduates in geographic majors and also gives reference for other majors.

創新人才是指具有创新精神、创新意识、创新思维和创新能力的人才，通常表现出思维活跃、猎奇好胜的天性，具有基础扎实、富有想象、执着坚持、勇于冒险、不甘示弱等特征[1-2]。创新型人才已被越来越多的国家视为战略性资源和决定性因素[1，3，4]。在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》中明确提出：“要遵循教育规律和人才成长规律，深化教育教学改革，创新教育教学方法，探索多种培养方式，形成各类人才辈出、拔尖创新人才不断涌现的局面。”因此，如何提高人才培养质量、多培养创新人才已成为新时期高等学校教育教学改革的重要课题[4-5]。……
