【摘  要】随着我国教育行业改革进程不断向前发展，初中数学教学模式也进行了相应的改革。在这种情况下，教师应该有针对性地开展教学活动，以此提高学生对数学学习的兴趣。本文通过研究分层教学模式对初中数学教学的辅助作用，给广大教育工作者提供参考意见。

Innovative Research on the Hierarchical Teaching Model of Mathematics in Junior High School

【Abstract】With the continuous development of the reform process of my country's education industry， the junior high school mathematics teaching model has also undergone corresponding reforms. In this case， teachers should carry out teaching activities in a targeted manner to increase students' interest in mathematics learning. This article provides reference opinions for the majority of educators by studying the auxiliary effect of the hierarchical teaching model on junior high school mathematics teaching.

在传统教学模式下，教师受应试教育理念的影响，在实际上课过程中一直采取教师备课、教学、布置作业、考试、批改的教学方式。在这种教学方式下，教师难以发现学生之间的差异，更难以发现真正对数学感兴趣的学生。为了改善这种情况，分层教学模式逐渐应用于初中数学教学过程中，但是分层教学模式仍然需要创新，这是现在初中数学教师工作的主要内容。

一、分层教学模式是因材施教策略的需要

分层教学是指教师将学习情况与学习能力相近的学生分为不同的学习小组，对不同的小组采取不同的教学方式。在以往教学过程中，教师在课堂上讲课，讲授知识的速度与讲授知识的方式并不会因为学生发生改变。学校要想改变这一状况，提升学生的综合素质，必须对这种教学模式进行转变，在现有教学模式的基础上研究不同学生对初中数学知识的接受能力，针对不同学生的学习状况做出相应的转变，让学生在新的教育模式下能充分调动自己的学习积极性，及时转变自己的学习态度，最终可以提高自己的综合学习能力。……
