【摘  要】近年来，小学生寄宿就读打开了教育的新格局，但是，小学生寄宿给学校管理提高了要求，管理工作更是千头万绪。国家把教育摆在了优先发展的战略地位，要想更好地发挥学校作为教育的主阵地作用，先要从学校管理入手，紧密结合教育大局势，根据农村小学生寄宿的现状，立足安全，以人为本，立德树人，实施更加精细化的管理，落实好针对小学生精细化的管理过程，创建安全、和谐、健康、向上的育人氛围，为农村教育保驾护航。

The Management of Boarding Students in Primary Schools Needs to be Refined

【Abstract】In recent years， the boarding of primary school students has opened up a new pattern of education. However， the boarding of primary school students has increased the requirements for school management， and the management work is even more complicated. The country puts education in the strategic position of priority development. In order to better play the role of schools as the main position of education， we must first start with school management， closely integrate the overall situation of education， and based on the current situation of rural primary school students boarding， based on safety ，people-oriented and morality education， carry out more refined management， implements the refined management process for primary school students， creates a safe， harmonious， healthy， and upward education atmosphere， and escorts rural education.

近年來，我国综合国力快速发展，在日新月异的大格局中，教育仍然是重中之重。国家宏观调控，各地政府、教育部门精准落实，显示出教育大发展的良好势头。这种局面下需要学校实施精细化管理，为小学生寄宿就读铺好路，护好航，使教育走上有效、高效的快车道。

一、小学生寄宿精细化管理的必要性

（一）“以人为本”的安全理念需要精细化管理

“以人为本”是我国的治国理念。在学校教育中，安全是所有教育工作的首要任务。因此，学校必须时时抓安全，事事管安全。教育是个高危行业，稍不留神就会出现安全问题或事故。有些老师说教育问题“防不胜防”。为了保障学生安全，在各项工作中，学校、教师必须时时留心，处处留神，做到管理精细化，以保障学校师生的人身安全。

（二）教育对象要求管理向精细化转型

随着我国城镇化建设的大力实施，合班并校和布局调整全面展开，农村小学生走上了寄宿就读之路。……
