【摘  要】课堂上师生的互动环节对学生形成核心素养有很大帮助，教师应积极对学生进行核心素养管理，帮助学生养成自主学习的优秀习惯。核心素养教育重视学生的自主发展，倡导凸显学生的班级管理主体地位。由此，传统的班级管理模式面临着新的挑战。应学生自主发展的需要，班级管理的观念要实现从班级管理观到班级治理观的转变。本文探讨了加强班级管理的重要性，从注重转变教育观念、促进自身素养的提高、积极开展教育实践活动等方面进行了探讨。

New Thinking on Class Management Under the Concept of Core Literacy

【Abstract】The interaction between teachers and students in the classroom is very helpful for students to form core literacy. Teachers should actively manage the core literacy of the students to help them develop excellent habits of independent learning. Core literacy education attaches importance to the independent development of students and advocates highlighting the status of students as the main body of class management. As a result， the traditional class management model is facing new challenges. In response to the needs of students' independent development， the concept of class management should be transformed from the concept of class management to the concept of class governance. This article discusses the importance of strengthening class management， from focusing on changing educational concepts， promoting the improvement of one's own literacy， and actively carrying out educational practice activities， etc.

在學校的日常教学中班级管理显得尤为重要。班级是学生聚集在一起生活、学习、成长的环境。教师要根据学生的个人特点结合核心素养的教育观念，帮助学生变得越来越优秀。核心素养教育理念的提出要求教师帮助学生形成必要的素质和能力，提升学生的社会实践能力，为学生树立健康发展的正确方向。当代学生的核心素养发展需求有利于学生更好地适应社会，进而促进学生全面发展。本文基于“核心素养”的理念，对班级的管理途径提出了几点看法。

一、管理模式：从班级管理到班级治理

在传统的班级管理模式中，班主任作为班级的主体，承担着处理庞大而复杂的事务的职责;作为管理对象的学生，凡事服从班主任组织，缺乏自主办理的意识和能力，导致学生自主管理得不到保障。……
