【摘    要】初中英语教学应当把构建高效课堂作为最基本的教学目标之一，学生在高效课堂的学习中，提高了学习效率，增强了综合素质，全面提高了学生的英语综合水平。在新的课程改革背景下，对英语课程改革的要求越来越深刻、越来越全面，那么在英语教学的环节当中，反思作为一个基本的教学环节，越来越受到人们的重视，只有不断反思，总结经验，才能够更好地总结教学方法，找到适合学生实际情况的教学策略，这样才能够因地制宜、因材施教，全面提高课堂教学效率。教师要研究学生、研究教材，也要研究自身，这样才能够很好地总结经验，为以后的教学奠定基础。

Constructing an Efficient English Classroom in Junior High Schools in Reflection

【Abstract】Junior high school English teaching should take the construction of an efficient classroom as one of the most basic teaching goals. In the learning of an efficient classroom， students improve their learning efficiency， enhance their comprehensive quality， and comprehensively improve their comprehensive level of English. In the context of the new curriculum reform， the requirements for English curriculum reform are becoming more and more profound and more comprehensive. Then in the link of English teaching， reflection， as a basic teaching link， has been paid more and more attention by people. Only by reflecting and summarizing experience can we better summarize teaching methods and find teaching strategies that suit the actual situation of students. Only in this way can we adapt to local conditions and teach students in accordance with their aptitude， and comprehensively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. Teachers must study students， study textbooks， and study themselves， so that they can sum up their experience well and lay the foundation for future teaching.

一、反思在教学当中的积极意义

随着时代的发展、社会的进步，人们越来越认识到初中英语课程改革的必要性，由单一性的讲述知识向综合性的学生综合能力发展的方向转变，由课本知识的传授向学生动手实践能力的发展转变，在重视学生实际应用英语基础知识能力的同时，着重培养学生的学习方法、学习能力，注重学生综合素质的发展。那么在课后反思的时候，就应该从研究教材开始反思，反思教程是否透彻;反思教学环节的设计是否能够很好地开发学生的智力，调动学生学习的积极性;反思整个教学过程是否科学合理，最大限度地提高了课堂教学效率;反思作业的布置是否能够拓展、延伸课堂知识，提高学生的综合能力。……
