【摘   要】   在梳理国内外混合式学习和英语教学能力相关文献的基础上，通过对30余名大学英语教师及120余名学生的问卷调查，了解某地方师范院校大学英语教师教学能力现状，总结该校在提升大学英语教师外语学科能力、外语教学设计与实施能力及现代信息技术能力三个方面的主要措施，调查教师对于这些措施的认可度，以期为其他同类院校提供参考。

On the Ways to Improve Teaching Ability of College English Teachers of Local Normal Universities Under the Blended Teaching Mode

【Abstract】    On the basis of combing the relevant literature of blended learning and English teaching ability， this paper， through a questionnaire survey of more than 30 college English teachers and more than 120 students， explores the teaching effect of the blended teaching mode of College English course in a local normal university， and summarizes the main measures in improving the College English teachers' foreign language subject ability， foreign language teaching design and implementation ability， and modern information technology ability with the aim of providing reference for other colleges and universities.

0     引言

2017年教育部颁布的《大学英语教学指南》中指出：“信息化时代为外语教学提供了全新的学习方式和前所未有的丰富资源。因此，大学英语应大力推进最新信息技术与课程教学的融合，继续发挥现代教育技术，特别是信息技术在外语教学中的重要作用。”因此，大学英语混合式教学成为国内很多大学英语教学改革的必然选择。同时，混合式教学模式对大学英语教师，尤其是地方师范院校的大学英语教师的教学能力提出了巨大挑战。本文旨在梳理相关文献的基础上，通过问卷等方式调查某地方师范院校大学英语教師教学能力现状，并总结该校提升混合式教学模式下大学英语教师在外语学科知识与运用能力、外语教学设计与实施能力及现代信息技术能力三个方面的具体措施。
