【摘   要】   廊坊师范学院应用型示范专业以培养具有创新意识、创业精神的应用型人才为目标，构建和实施了矩阵式实践教学体系，不断改革和完善实践教学目标、项目、内容、方法手段，搭建校内外实践教学平台。结果表明，实践教学改革有效地促进了学生成长，提升了学生创新能力和综合素质，实现了人才培养目标，实践教学体系的构建和实施发挥了示范辐射功能，为地方高校创新创业教育和实践教学改革提供了借鉴和参考。

Construction， Implementation and Continuous Improvement of Practical Teaching System Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of the Application-oriented Demonstration Major

【Abstract】    The application-oriented demonstration major of Langfang Normal University aims to cultivate the application-oriented talents with innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit. It constructs and implements the matrix practical teaching system， continuously reforms and improves the practical teaching objectives， projects， contents， methods and means， and builds the practice teaching platform inside and outside the school. The practice results show that the practical teaching reform effectively promotes the growth of students， improves the students' innovation ability and comprehensive quality， realizes the talent training goal， and the construction and implementation of the practice teaching system play a demonstration and radiation function， which provides reference for the innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice teaching reform of local colleges and universities.

0     引言

创新创业教育是高等教育内涵建设和创新发展的必然趋势，也是促进社会发展和经济进步的必然要求[1]。2014年李克强总理在达沃斯论坛上提出“大众创业，万众创新”的号召。2018年国务院下发《关于推动创新创业高质量发展打造“双创”升级版的意见》。全国“双创”活动周如火如荼地举办，国家积极推动“双创”深入发展，加大高校创新创业教育支持力度，逐步落实大学生创业扶持政策，营造良好的创新创业环境。各高校纷纷将创新创业教育纳入人才培养方案，创新教育模式、建设创业孵化基地、加强创新创业指导，努力促进创新创业实现突破性发展[2]。

实践教学是开展创新创业教育的途径和手段，通过专业实验、实习实训等实践教学环节逐步提升学生解决实际问题的能力，激发创新思维，培养创业技能[3]。创新创业能力培养是高校实践教学追求的目标，实践教学是培养学生创新创业能力的重要抓手[4]。……
