【摘   要】   我国应用型本科高校存在大学生创新意识薄弱、创新实践能力不足、课程教学缺乏创新培养等问题，在工程教育专业认证和“卓越工程师”培养计划背景下，针对应用型本科高校大学生创新能力培养和课外科技活动实践现状、意识、质量评价体系、方法、应用等进行分析，为应用型本科高校大学生创新实践能力培养提供参考。

Exploration on Training Mode of Innovative Practical Ability of Application-oriented University Students

【Abstract】    Students in applied undergraduate colleges and universities in our country have problems like weak innovation consciousness and practical ability， and the teaching in such colleges lack the cultivation of students’ innovative ability. Under the background of engineering education accreditation and "outstanding engineers training plan"， the consciousness and the present situation in the extracurricular activities of science and technology practice， the quality evaluation system， method and application were analyzed in view of the college students' innovative ability cultivation， and this paper provides referential suggestions for the innovation practice ability cultivation for applied undergraduate colleges and universities.

0     引言

卓越工程师教育培养计划（卓越计划）是为贯彻落实党的十七大提出的走中国特色新型工业化道路、建设创新型国家、建设人力资源强国等战略部署，于2010年6月由教育部启动的重大改革项目。工程教育专业认证标准是为了满足行业企业的需要而对工程教育人才培养提出的基本要求，2016年我国正式加入国际工程教育《华盛顿协议》[1]。

创新能力是在技术应用和各种实践活动领域中不断提供具有经济价值、社会价值、生态价值的新思想、新理论、新方法和新发明的能力。创新能力是卓越计划和工程教育专业认证的重要指标，也是一个优秀工程技术人才应该具备的基本特征。应用型大学依据自身定位及发展需要，在学生教育培养过程中，应更加注重创新能力的培养。如何培养应用型本科高校大学生成为未来的创新者，对于创新者最重要的能力是什么，如何培养和发展这样的能力，是值得深入分析和探索的问题[2]，也是本文研究的重点。……
