【摘   要】   鉴于河北中医类专业学生临床技能操作水平偏低和临床思维能力欠缺等现状，加强中医临床研究基地的实训教学就越发重要。而实训基地教学工作的加强关键就是临床师资团队的培养。河北省中医院是一座集医疗、科研、教学为一体的综合性三级甲等中医医院，在中医临床研究基地实训师资团队教学能力的培养方面具有一定的代表性，深入探讨其面临的困境及其可行的强化举措，可以为相关单位提供启示与借鉴。

On Cultivating the Teaching Ability of the Teaching Team of the Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Base

【Abstract】    In view of the low level of clinical skill operation and lack of clinical thinking ability of Chinese medicine students in Hebei Province， it is more and more important to strengthen the practical teaching of the Chinese medicine clinical research base. The key to the strengthening of teaching work in the training base is the training of clinical teachers. Hebei Provincial TCM Hospital is a comprehensive Grade III， Level A Chinese medicine hospital which combines medical， scientific research and teaching， and is representative of cultivating the teaching ability of the practical training teaching team at the clinical research base of Chinese medicine. In-depth discussion of the difficulties it faces and its feasible reinforcement measures can provide useful inspiration and reference for the relevant units.

0     引言

临床医学是一门实践性很强的学科，要求学生在掌握大量理论知识的基础上，还要进一步熟悉临床基本技能操作，因此，临床研究基地的实训教学就显得非常重要。而要切实提高教学实效，就必须首先打造一支教学经验丰富、教学态度严谨、教学方法革新、技能操作规范的实训课程师资团队。河北省中医院是一座集医疗、科研、教学为一体的综合性三级甲等中医医院，在中医临床研究基地实训师资团队教学能力的培养方面，在全省乃至全国都具有一定的代表性。本文总结相关文献并结合河北省中医院中医临床研究基地实训课程的开展情况，深入探讨其面临的困境及其可行的强化举措，力争为相关单位提供有益的启示与借鉴。
