摘要 涉农高职院校农业专业的建设水平应与区域农业产业发展水平相适应。通过分析涉农高职院校农业专业发展的现状，提出了建立适应农业产业优化升级的专业动态调整机制、加强农业专业“双师型”教师队伍建设、校企合作激发企业参与农业专业建设的积极性、政府应加大对农业类专业的扶持力度等加强农业专业建设的一系列举措，以期提高涉农高职院校的专业建设水平，达到促进区域农业产业可持续发展的目标。

Status Quo and Development Thinking of Agricultural Specialty Construction in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract The construction level of agricultural majors in agricultural vocational colleges should be adapted to the development level of the regional agricultural industry.This article analyzed the current situation of agricultural professional development in agricultural vocational colleges，proposed a series of measures to strengthen the construction of agricultural specialties，such as establishing a dynamic professional adjustment mechanism adapted to the optimization and upgrading of the agricultural industry，strengthening the construction of the “double-qualified” teacher team in agricultural majors，school-enterprise cooperation to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the construction of agricultural majors，and the government should increase support for agricultural majors，in order to improve the professional construction level of agriculture-related higher vocational colleges and achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable development of regional agricultural industry.

農业产业是我国经济发展的基础。党的十九大报告中明确提出了“三个优先发展”的战略，其中“农业农村优先发展”首当其冲。发展农业农村根本在于科学科技，重点在于人才培养。而农业专业建设是涉农高职院校人才培养环节的核心，它直接关系到农业人才培养的质量。湖南是我国中南部的经济大省，也是农业强省，自古有着“湖广熟、天下足”的美誉，农业基础先天条件较好，现面临着“中部崛起战略”的重大历史机遇。在湖南省建设教育强省“十三五规划”中提出高职教育需要对接区域经济、特色产业，优化调整学科专业结构，积极发展现代农业职业教育，人才培养上主动作为。湖南环境生物职业技术学院作为一家有着悠久办学历史的涉农高职院校，现主动对接现代农业产业……
