摘要 从地方应用型本科院校的人才培养目标出发，以宜春学院2018级种植類专业为研究对象，探讨了基于导师制的应用能力培养课程实践教学管理模式，结合“园艺生产技能实验”课程的教学基本情况，从完善课程标准、重构课程体系、设计教学内容、创新教学方法及手段、建立考核评价体系等方面进行了改革与实践，以期使学生专业技术应用能力和岗位工作技能二者优化衔接，为种植类专业实践教学体系改革提供借鉴。

Research on the Practical Teaching Reform of Planting Specialty in Application-oriented Universities Based on Tutorial System—Taking   Experiment Course of Horticultural Production Skills as an Example

Abstract Starting from the training goal of talents in application-oriented undergraduate college， taking the planting specialty of Grade 2018 of Yichun University as the research object， this paper probed into the practical teaching management mode of the applied ability training course based on tutorial system.Combining with the basic teaching situation of the experiment course of horticultural production skill， the reform and practice have been carried out from the aspects of perfecting the course standard， reconstructing the course system， designing the teaching content， innovating the teaching methods and means，  and establishing the examination and evaluation system， in order to make the students technical application ability and job skills linked up optimally， and provide references for the reform of practical teaching system in planting specialty.

种植业是我国农业的重要组成部分，在生产生活中起到至关重要的作用。种植类专业是我国高等农业教育中较重要的一类专业，具有实践性强和应用性广的特点[1-4]。开展实践教学是种植类专业最为重要的教学环节，有利于培养学生的实践能力、创新能力和团队协作能力，是我国种植类专业实施素质教育的有效途径[5-7]。近年来，随着我国市场经济的不断发展和完善，社会和行业对种植业人才的培养提出了新的要求。因此，应用型涉农本科院校需要深入研究和思考如何强化实践教学环节和提高实践教学质量，如何构建适应社会需求的种植类专业实践教学体系等问题。

宜春学院种植类专业的办学历史悠久，办学特色鲜明，人才培养质量和学生就业率一直处于同行业前列。……
