【摘    要】随着教育事业的不断发展，以往的教育管理已经不能顺应教学的发展，教师与学生之间的关系也有待改善。小学教育阶段是学生接受系统的、正规的教育的重要阶段，对小学生的未来发展具有重要的作用。小学时期的学生年龄小、自制能力差、对很多事物都充满了好奇心，而班主任是班级的管理者，班级管理是教育的重要部分，可以使学生养成良好的学习习惯与行为习惯，所以在教学中需要班主任的教导与管理，以确保小学生身心健康的全面发展。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of education， the previous education management can no longer adapt to the development of teaching， and the relationship between teachers and students needs to be improved. The primary education stage is an important stage for students to receive systematic and formal education， which plays an important role in the future development of primary school students. Primary school students are young， poor in self-control， and full of curiosity about many things. The head teacher is the manager of the class. Class management is an important part of education， which can help students develop good study and behavior habits. In teaching， the teaching and management of the head teacher is needed to ensure the all-round development of students' physical and mental health.

小学阶段的学生正处于身心发展的黄金时期，但由于他们的年龄、心理、生活环境，使班级管理变得较为复杂，而班主任的班级管理工作是教育的基石，对学生的学习与成长具有重要的作用，因此教师要通过有效的沟通来促进学生与教师之间的平等交流，顺利开展班级管理工作。在班级管理过程中，教师要尊重学生之间的个性差异，了解每个学生的情况，深入分析在班级管理中师生间的沟通问题，并通过不懈努力去寻找有效的沟通方式，以期提高班级管理的有效性，促进学生健康、全面地发展。

一、为学生创造和谐良好的班级氛围

小学阶段的学生已经形成了基本的自我意识和个人表达能力，所以，教师在班级管理中不可以用高高在上的态度来对待学生和进行管理，而应该为学生建立一个和谐美好的班级氛围。……
