【摘    要】在小学教育中教师不仅要培养学生良好的学习习惯以及学习兴趣，还要重视对学生进行劳动教育，让学生能够在劳动的过程中不断提升自己的综合素养。目前，虽然我国小学劳动教育已得到一定的发展，但仍然存在一些问题。因此本文对小学生劳动教育的现状进行分析，同时提出了几点改进对策，希望能为小学生劳动教育活动的开展提供参考。

A Preliminary Probe into the Problems of Primary School Students Labor Education and The Countermeasure

【Abstract】In primary school education， teachers should not only cultivate students' good study habits and interest in learning， but also pay attention to labor education for students， so that students can continuously improve their comprehensive literacy in the process of labor. At present， although our country's primary school labor education has achieved certain development， there are still some problems. Therefore， this article analyzes the status quo of primary school students' labor education， and puts forward several improvement measures at the same time， hoping to provide references for the development of primary school students' labor education activities.

在我國传统的小学教学中，教师往往是以提升学生的学习成绩为目标开展教学，而忽视了对学生进行劳动技能的培养，在新课改发展背景下，教师需要将劳动教育作为课堂教学的重要内容，以促进学生综合能力的发展。

一、小学劳动教育取得的效果

（一）注重实效性，尽显自身特色

从我国当前小学的劳动教育情况来看，已经取得了比较明显的进步，劳动教育的基本作用能够充分实现，学生在接受劳动教育之后，能够积极有效地加入生活中的劳动。在小学劳动教育的组织实施过程中，许多小学都能够根据自身的实际情况，在劳动教育的开展过程中注重实效性，体现出自身特色，同时也能够根据学生的实际情况，制定出符合学生发展的劳动教育内容，具有较强的实效性。

例如，针对不同的学生进行不同类型的劳动教育，充分发挥出学生的特长，对热爱家务的学生来说，则需要通过做家务的方式对学生进行劳动教育，让学生积极加入家务中。……
