【摘  要】班主任是一个班级的领导者，负责调控与分配教育资源。班主任应该围绕学生的学习、成长需求全面组织管理活动，既要为学生创设优良的学习环境，也要逐步引导学生形成良好的道德意识、养成规范的行为习惯，使其自觉传承中华民族的传统美德，自觉肩负起新时代下青少年的民族使命，以便综合提升学生的素质水平。笔者将以自身的班级管理经验为基础，客观分析新时代下班主任应该如何组织班级管理工作，以为学生的健康成长做准备。

【Abstract】The head teacher is the leader of a class， responsible for regulating and distributing educational resources. The head teacher should organize management activities around the students' learning and growth needs. They should not only create a good learning environment for students， but also gradually guide students to form a good moral awareness and develop standardized behavior habits， so that they can consciously inherit the traditions of the Chinese nation. Virtue， consciously shoulders the national mission of young people in the new era， in order to comprehensively improve the quality of students. Based on my own class management experience， the author will objectively analyze how the off-class teacher in the new era should organize class management work in order to prepare for the healthy growth of students.

青少年时期被誉为“黄金塑造期”，这不仅仅是非常关键的教育启蒙阶段，还是人格塑造、道德熏陶的关键时期。因为他们的人生阅历比较单一，且人格发育、行为习惯还未定型，会随着外界环境的直接影响产生变化，将对学生一生的成长产生直接影响。在新时代下，班主任应秉承生本教育、素质教育思想来组织班级管理活动，切实优化班级环境，为学生的长远发展做好充足准备。

一、通过沟通艺术把握学情，体现以生为本

沟通是落实班级管理工作的基本方式，班主任既要通过人文沟通来做好管理任务，也要通过沉默聆听去了解学生的真实想法，所以沟通应该是多元的、动态的、双向的。在过去，班主任习惯性大包大揽，比较依赖个人管理经验，并不会认真倾听学生的真实想法，也很少换位思考，经常会出现将个人想法强加于学生身上的现实问题。……
