摘  要：党和国家最为重视的教育内容就是家校合作共育，中小学家校合作在新时代的根本任务就是以德智体美劳为目标，培养全面发展的人才。中小学目前所开展的家校合作存在的问题就是观念淡化、错误的家校功能定位等等，迫切需要及时解决。想要做到对时代发展需求的满足，就需要国家对政策空白的填补，家校双方对自身责权的明确，并做好相应的工作计划制定等等。

Case Study and Problem Strategy of Elementary and Secondary School Co-Education

【Abstract】 The most important educational content of the Party and the country is the home-school cooperation and co-education. The fundamental task of the home-school cooperation in the new era is to take morality，intelligence，physical fitness，beauty and labor as the goal and to cultivate all-round talents. The existing problems of home-school cooperation in primary and secondary schools are the dilution of ideas and the wrong function orientation of home-school，which urgently need to be solved in a timely manner. To meet the needs of The Times，the state needs to fill the policy gap，the two sides of the family and school to their own responsibilities and rights，and make the corresponding work plan，and so on.

“我国根本的教育任务就是以德智体美劳为目标，对人才进行全面的培养，以此来为社会主体提供建设和接班人员”。想要实现对这一根本任务的完成，不仅需要学校的教育，还需要发动社会的力量，特别是家庭教育。因此，本文根据个案研究，对中小学所开展的家校共育进行了分析，探讨了其存在的问题，并提出了相应的改进策略，以供参考。

1.家校合作共育目前存在的问题

本文对某市重点中学进行了问卷调查，总共发放了200份问卷，177份被收回，达到了80%的有效回收率。调查问卷中所选取的调查对象为家校合作活动参与最频繁的各科教师，对教师、家长以及学生所发放的问卷数量分别为40份、100份以及60份。根据问卷调查结果可以得知：

（1）薄弱的家校合作观念

据调查得知，家长和学校最为常见的沟通方式如下：1.最主要的就是家长会，达到了98%的比例;2.家長、教师以及学生三者之间的谈话，占据了16%的比例;3.电话沟通，占据了61%的比例;4.家长来校访问，占据了28%的比例;5.接送子女时的日常交流，占据了20%的比例。……
